We’ve created a special Valentine’s Day menu to give you the option to spend a more relaxing and personal dinner with your loved ones. Not to mention the fun and intimate experience of cooking a homemade meal together. In this blog post, we are going to highlight some of our own favorite Valentine’s Day dishes.
1. Heart-Shaped Lobster & Ravioli

3. Seared Bay Scallops
Just the perfect dish for the Bay Scallop season. Seared with butter and tossed with a salad of mango, chili, cilantro and spicy greens. This only takes 5 minutes to cook and would make a perfect side dish for any meal!
4. Beef Tenderloin
A true classic for meat lovers, our beef tenderloin is seared on a skillet with mushrooms and sautéed into a rich chardonnay cream sauce. Beef and mushrooms truly make a fine comforting pair on a plate. A classic entree for a lovely date night.
5. Chicken Rollatini
Stuffed with goat cheese, fontina & sundried tomatoes, our chicken rollatini is a simple 5 minute prep that goes straight into the oven and served with roasted asparagus and spinach. Yum!
