1. Chicken Saltimbocca

Saltimbocca means “”jump into the mouth”” and so this dish does!
Our Chicken Saltimbocca is a lighter version of the traditional Italian sauté dish. The celebrated salt and air-cured ham, prosciutto, wraps itself around the chicken that we’ve paired with zucchini noodles, fresh sage and chardonnay vinegar.

This dish takes 8 minutes in one pan and is also Dairy-Free

2. 11oz Grass Fed Dry Aged Ribeye

Our premium grass fed, dry aged ribeye from our local purveyors is roasted together on a bed of asparagus, enoki mushrooms and scallions, served with a creamy fresh peppercorn mustard sauce. Just the perfect meat lover’s dish.

This dish takes 20 minutes

3. Watermelon & Feta Salad

The flavors of refreshing watermelon and salty feta come together perfectly with our new Watermelon & Feta Salad. This summertime staple is dressed with a strawberry balsamic vinegar, adding the perfect amount of tart. Garnish with mint and you have a perfect summer salad.

This dish takes 5 minutes and is also Nut-Free and Vegetarian

4. Brussel Sprout & Pomegranate Salad

The perfect amount of crunch and texture combined with a punch of flavor and freshness. We gave a light holiday twist on this shaved brussel sprout salad with some pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves. A drizzle of maple syrup and a squeeze of lemon makes for a delicious dressing.

5. Mushroom Ragu

Our mushroom ragu serves as a tasty main for vegans and vegetarians or as the perfect side to any dish. The key to this dish is the fresh variety of mushrooms which are simply sautéed with cherry tomatoes, spinach, garlic and shallots. Easy, simple, delicious.

6. Seafood Stew

Our seafood stew is a combination of fresh mussels, shrimp, cod & chorizo in a tomato and white wine soup base that is just the perfect dish for one.

7. Chili Ginger Chicken Larb Gai

Larb Gai is a Thai dish of minced chicken, mint, basil and red onions dressed with lime juice and red chilies. Originally served alone, we’ve added rice vermicelli noodles to create a well-rounded dinner at home that is fresh, vibrant and delicious.

8. Atlantic Cod on Cardamom Rice

Spicy chorizo combined with sweet carrot and tarragon sauce serve as the rich base of flavor for this dish, whilst the cardamom flavored rice and Atlantic cod adds a delicate texture and a subtle twist.
