Our Delicious & Healthy Kid’s Meals

In our last post, we talked about how getting your kids to eat foods on the healthier side can be difficult, and ways to make it easier. In this post, we are going to talk about how to make it even easier by showcasing some of our favorite 10-minute kid’s meals!

1. Chicken Milanese Fingers

A kid’s meal or the perfect light dish for adults! These panko-crusted chicken fingers are paired up with crunchy cucumber sticks and our healthy take on kid’s dip – Sir Kensington ketchup and organic yogurt. Dip the chicken and the cucumbers, they’ll love it!

2. Mini Veggie Quesadilla

These veggie quesadillas are filled with finely diced onions, zucchini, bell peppers and cheddar cheese. We’ve taken extra care so that kids can enjoy a tasty yet nutritious meal.

Who doesn’t love pizza! Especially when it’s on our signature flatbread and with fresh cherry tomatoes, fontina cheese and some quality salami. Those kids might be asking for more!

Our kid’s version of mac’n cheese is with our very own secret sauce – cheddar cheese, cauliflower puree and diced yellow bell peppers… they’ll never know how healthy and nutritious this tasty meal actually is.

The ultimate red sauce pasta with some fresh Raffetto’s penne and the goodness of zucchini and roasted red peppers. Naturally sweet and just the perfect crowd-pleaser.

6. Spaghetti and Meatballs

A classic that even the littlest eaters can enjoy – our Spaghetti & Meatballs is simple yet so comforting. Our version uses turkey meatballs and some freshly diced bell peppers to add nutrition, texture and sweetness. Of course, we must not forget our fresh spaghetti from Raffetto’s.

7. White Fish and Zoodles

This dish will get everyone loving both white fish and yes, zucchini! Healthy, nutritious and oh so tasty! Zoodles are the perfect healthy alternative to pasta that the kids will love! We’ve added fresh made tomato sauce to create a nice flavorful balance to the dish. This dish is our parents’ favorite!

8. Salmon and Orzo Pasta

A perfect balance of creamy, nutty and comforting. This dish is made special with our secret ingredient – cashew cream. A simple yet very nutritious and a dish that kids will enjoy as much as the parents. They might even eat all the broccoli…

9. Mini Chicken Quesadilla

These chicken quesadillas are filled with small pieces of chicken, finely diced onions, zucchini, bell peppers and cheddar cheese. We’ve taken extra care so that kids can enjoy a tasty yet nutritious meal.
